Lina Ribbmark

Maid of honor

Lina is Hanna's dear little sister who gained all of her amazing dance moves from being Hanna's (aka Britney Spear's) backup dancer in the early 90's (yes there's video evidence). Lina is the most caring and thoughtful person and although they don't get to see each as often as they would like Lina is always there for her bigger sister. Lina enjoys traveling as often as she can and has a passion for home decorating and wedding planning (which came quite in handy for the couple). In her free time she enjoys spending time in her and Jeppe's cabin up in Northern Sweden, where they frequently go ice-fishing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Sandra Taivalsaari

Sandra is Hanna's close friend from her high-school days who goes by many names: Sandy, Santtu, Sandrutt (I'm probably forgetting a few).. As we say in Sweden: A loved child has many names! Having lived in several places around the world by herself, such as Ghana, Tunisia, Cyprus, Sandra without doubt is the bravest and most adventurous person! Although miles apart, Sandra always manages to stay in contact with her friends and is oftentimes the person who brings all of us ladies together. Even though Sandra likes to stay busy she will never turn down a good Finnish karaoke-night with her friends.

Ida Niemi

Ida is also one of Hanna's close childhood friends who shares her undivided love for dogs. Ida has the cutest little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel pups ever, Ludde and Bolt, who she enjoys taking out for long walks. Ida spent a number of years in the Swedish military and when the two would go out for runs together she would always patiently wait for Hanna to catch up. In all sincerity, Ida is such a strong, kind-hearted and wonderful friend. One of those friends that no matter how much time you spend apart, when you see each other again you can pick right back up where you left off.

Therese Englund

Bridesmaid

Therese (Tessa) is a close friend of Hanna's dating back to their early horseback riding days. She has a true passion for animals and is on Hanna's speed dial for any pet related questions. Very fittingly, Tessa works as a Veterinary Nurse in southern Sweden where she lives with her boyfriend Jukka. In her free-time Tessa competes in agility dog-shows with her adorable fur-babies, Inez and Elsa. Tessa was one of Hanna's companions on her six month backpacking trip in Australia and the two share a lot of fun memories together. Tessa is one of the kindest and sweetest people you'll ever know and we can't wait for you all to meet her!

Jesper Ribbmark

Best Man

Jesper (Jeppe) is Donald's brother-in-law to be and Lina's husband. Jeppe loves to spend his days out on the woods with his hunting dog Bonnie and is giving up a part of the Swedish hunting season in order to attend our wedding. Thank you Jeppe! He is a big fan of Swedish "Fika" which he will be happy to discuss with all of you during the wedding.

Brendan Pellanda

Groomsman

Brendan is one of Donald's childhood friends. He is active duty Army and will be coming back from deployment in Afghanistan just in time for the wedding. When out of uniform you'll probably find him hanging out with his wife and three kids, but you're just as likely to find him either riding across the country on a Harley or in the wetlands hunting ducks. 

Karl Kraft

Groomsman

Karl is one of Donald's childhood friends. He is an avid car enthusiast and gear head. For as long as Donald has known him, he has always had some sort of project in his garage, from mountain bikes to sports cars, he can figure out how to fix anything and if he can't, I bet he knows someone who can. When not in the garage you find him spending time with his girlfriend or family. He recently finished up his apprenticeship and is now working for Olympia City Water. 

Dane Kirkendal

Groomsman

Dane is one of Donald's childhood friends. He is active duty Airforce and will have recently come back from deployment. When out of uniform you'll find him with his wife and two kids or in the sky. Danes is a pilot and avid airman. You might also see him if you ever need a ride in Arizona, as in his spare time he moonlights as an Uber driver.
